What are my payment options?
We take Visa, Master Card, American Express and major credit/debit cards.
We also work with Shop Pay by Shopify, Paypal and Digital Wallets: Apple Pay & Google Pay.
Ordering a gift card
Looking for the perfect gift but not sure if what they'd want?
Leave it up to them and pick up a Union Coffee Club Gift Card instead!
The digital gift card will be emailed to the recipient added during checkout with a copy sent to the email used during checkout as well.
Union Coffee Club Digital Gift Cards do not expire after 2 years and have no additional processing fees. Union Coffee Club gift cards may be redeemed for any product on www.unioncoffeeclub.com except for any subscriptions.
How to change or report an issue with an order
We recommend calling / emailing us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.

We ship anywhere in the USA
When will my order ship
Once your order is received, we typically start the fulfillment process within 1 - 2 business days. Because of this, any changes must be received within 5 hours of receiving this order confirmation email.
As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your information and will begin putting together your shipment. The first email you receive will have these details within it, keeping you in the loop all the way through.
The second email you receive will indicate that your order is now in transit. The details will be similar to the first set but will include a tracking link that will update gradually as it makes its way to you.Â
How can I track my order once it ships
As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your information and will begin putting together your shipment. The first email you receive will have several details within it, keeping you in the loop all the way through.
The second email you receive will indicate that your order is now in transit. The details will be similar to the first set but you should find that the tracking link itself has more information to give.
If you have not received these tracking updates within 3-5 business days of your order being placed, please contact us at billing@unioncoffeeclub.com.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
How do I return an item and receive a refund
For any merchandise or apparel returns, send an email to billing@unioncoffeeclub.com with your order details and a short description on why you'd like to return the item and we'll have a paid shipping label created for you.
Coffee & Tea is considered a grocery item and is not able to be returned.
How do I exchange an item/order
If the item you ordered isn't a perfect fit or you ordered the wrong thing, send an email to billing@unioncoffeeclub.com with your order number and the product details and we'll work together to organize an exchange for something else you like.
Discounts
Applying discount codes
On the right side, next to where you input your shipping information there is a spot that says "Discount code or gift card". Paste or type the code you have in that spot then click Apply.
Once the discount is applied, you'll see the difference deducted from the total. Then, click to continue with the shipping method.
Note: Only one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be applied towards subscriptions.
*Unless otherwise specified, discount codes will only expire once they've been applied, so if you're sitting on a couple of discount codes, don't worry about losing out; you can always use the unused code to any other one-time order.
Combining discount codes
At this time, there is a limit of one discount code per purchase. You can use any discount code you have available, but our checkout process is set up to only accept one code for each transaction.
