The Story of UCC

Where it all began
The Historical City of Paris Building was first purchased by the Wong Family in 2020. In the summer of 2023, the founding team—Hunter, Sara, Forest, and Nicole—embarked on a journey of creativity and vision, developing their idea and ultimately forming UCC.

Under Construction
After more than a year and a half of dedicated business development, product research, and concept design, the team finally embarked on construction in January. In the first three months of 2025, their tireless efforts and long hours transformed every aspect of UCC into a vibrant reality!

Lake Oroville
Lake Oroville was creÂatÂed by the Oroville Dam, which the CalÂiÂforÂnia DepartÂment of Water Resources comÂpletÂed in 1967 after five years of conÂstrucÂtion. When Lake Oroville is at its maxÂiÂmum eleÂvaÂtion, it includes some 15,500 surÂface acres for recreÂation and 167 miles of shoreÂline. RecreÂation areas are spotÂted around the lake and boaters can land at any point to explore the surÂroundÂing country.
The lake offers a wide variÂety of outÂdoor activÂiÂties includÂing campÂing, picÂnickÂing, horseÂback ridÂing, hikÂing, sail and powÂer boatÂing, water-skiÂing, fishÂing, swimÂming, boat-in campÂing, floatÂing campÂsites and horse camping.

Table Mountain
OffiÂcialÂly known as the North Table MounÂtain EcoÂlogÂiÂcal Reserve is a beauÂtiÂful mesa above the city of Oroville that serves up a jaw-dropÂping spring wildÂflower bloom, breathÂtakÂing NorthÂern CalÂiÂforÂnia waterÂfalls, and a chance to hike through a truÂly unique natÂurÂal area.
Formed by ancient lava flows, the underÂlyÂing basalt rock holds water, resultÂing in stunÂning verÂnal pools and draÂmatÂic waterÂfalls like the ephemerÂal, but specÂtacÂuÂlar, PhanÂtom Falls.
